At Céleste, our filter coffees are designed to reveal the full clarity, smoothness, and aromatic complexity of the terroirs we select. We roast each batch in small quantities, using a specific filter roast curve, to preserve the natural balance between acidity, sweetness, and length on the palate.

Our filter coffees are easily enjoyed using V60, Chemex, Clever, Kalita, or batch brewing methods. They are perfect for quiet moments, tastings with friends, and sensory explorations, with a particular focus on seasonality and rare batches.
