Discover this exceptional microlot from the mountains of Tolima, Colombia, produced by a community of over 175 dedicated farming families. This naturally processed coffee reflects all the know-how and commitment of these producers, who since 2019, thanks to the technical support of our partner Cofinet, have mastered the natural fermentation process to perfection. Today, over 80% of the region's harvests are processed using this method, guaranteeing outstanding quality.

The department of Tolima, with its high mountains, cool climate and rich volcanic soil, offers ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffees. A recognized region, Tolima is regularly featured in the prestigious Cup of Excellence organized by the Colombian Coffee Federation, and is synonymous with quality.

After a meticulous selection of the best cherries, they are placed on raised beds or concrete patios to dry in the sun, until they reach a perfect humidity level of 11%. Rigorous monitoring is ensured by a dedicated team who check the drying process four times a day, guaranteeing optimum consistency and quality.

The result? Each cup reveals the harmony of controlled fermentation and a unique sensory richness. A naturally sweet coffee, with delicate aromas of passion fruit, vanilla and blueberry.
