Formerly avocado growers, they turned to coffee in 2006, creating innovative microlots, like this Bourbon Red & Yellow, which embodies their unique expertise.

Grown at an altitude of 1350 m in the Tolima region of Colombia, this coffee thrives among guava trees, which influence its aromatic profile. Thanks to an anaerobic fermentation lasting 48 to 60 hours, followed by intermittent drying and a 45-day rest period, each bean develops an intense and refined flavor profile.
