Discover Velvet , a refined specialty coffee from the El Sendero farm, nestled in the prestigious Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Founded in the 1950s by Jorge Vides , this family farm is now run by Maria Elena Vides , who continues a legacy of excellence and passion for coffee.
Grown at an altitude of 1750 m , under a canopy of fruit trees and endemic vegetation , this coffee benefits from a warm and humid microclimate , ideal for developing all its aromatic richness. Its natural anaerobic process , combining 48 hours of fermentation and a slow drying of 20 days , enhances its sensory profile.
