Discover Tropical Glow , a vibrant specialty coffee grown with passion at La Esmeralda , a farm nestled in the mountains of Comayagua, Honduras . Led by Joel Banegas , this family-run operation takes advantage of a unique volcanic terroir and an altitude of 1,750 m to produce exceptional coffees.
This microlot of Caturra and Typica benefits from a meticulous natural process : a 42-hour anaerobic fermentation , followed by alternating drying between patios and African beds , thus preserving all the intensity and aromatic complexity of the coffee.
