A floral breath from the Highlands of Rwanda. "Springtime" is elegance in a cup. Sourced from the lush heights of Western Province, this washed coffee is grown without chemical inputs, on the edge of the Nyungwe Forest, in an exceptionally biodiverse setting where local bees play a key role in pollinating the coffee trees.
This microlot, carefully selected within the Abadatezuka cooperative, seduces with its purity and grace. In the cup, we find a beautiful floral and sweet complexity : airy elderflower, delicate oolong tea and a creamy touch of vanilla . The acidity is fine, slightly vinous, supported by a yellow fruit sweetness and a silky body.
A bright coffee, perfect for gentle infusions and moments of introspection, like a spring morning.
