This specialty coffee comes from the El Vergel Estate farm, where Elias and Shady Bayter are reinventing the art of coffee with boldness and passion. Formerly avocado producers, they turned to coffee in 2006, creating innovative microlots, such as this Red & Yellow Bourbon, which embodies their unique expertise.

Grown at an altitude of 1,350 meters in the Tolima region of Colombia, this coffee grows among guava trees, influencing its aromatic profile. Thanks to 48 to 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, followed by intermittent drying and a 45-day rest period, each bean develops an intense and refined flavor profile.
