Founded in 1964, the Getuya station receives cherries from small producers (~1/5 ha each). After sorting, the fruit is pulped the same day, fermented under water for 15–24 hours, washed three times, then dried for 6–7 days on raised metal beds. AA microlot selected at the station (day lots), revealing a juicy and intense acidity carried by a strong sweetness.
