Made from the Castillo Tambo variety, it reveals a beautiful structure and generous aromas in the cup: juicy apricot, intense dark chocolate and a delicate touch of cinnamon . A controlled washed treatment (prolonged fermentation, slow solar drying) enhances these flavors, for a cup that evokes late afternoons, cakes fresh from the oven and moments of sharing.
