Picked at perfect maturity by more than 30 local families, then fermented and dried according to a rigorous protocol, this coffee reveals an elegant, floral and gourmet cup.
We discover notes of juicy blackberry, delicate jasmine and deep cocoa , in a natural and unadorned harmony.
