"Springtime" is a complex and elegant coffee. Sourced from the lush heights of Western Province, this washed coffee is grown on the edge of the Nyungwe Forest, in an exceptionally biodiverse setting where local bees play a key role in pollinating the coffee trees.
This microlot is carefully selected within the Abadatezuka cooperative. In the cup, we find a beautiful floral and sweet complexity : elderflower, delicate oolong tea and a creamy touch of vanilla . The acidity is fine, slightly vinous, supported by a yellow fruit sweetness and a silky body.
