Owned by Jesús Arbey Iquira, this farm benefits from an exceptional terroir nestled between the Central and Eastern Cordilleras of the Andes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJesús Arbey Iquira is a passionate producer who, over the years, has developed meticulous processing methods to bring out the best in his harvests. For this lot, he selected the rare and demanding Bourbon Rose variety, the result of a natural hybrid between Red Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon, renowned for its aromatic complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is processed using the Natural method, enhanced by intentional anaerobic fermentation. The cherries, harvested at peak ripeness, are placed in a sealed environment, which naturally intensifies the bean’s fruity profile and acidity while adding extra roundness on the palate. After this stage, the cherries are dried on raised beds for an extended period, requiring constant monitoring to ensure optimal quality.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen brewed in a cup, this coffee offers a rich and unique experience.
